We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you need to return or exchange your watch, we’re here to help. Our policy allows for returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

How to Return or Exchange a Watch

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your watch, provided it meets these requirements:

  • The watch must be in perfect condition, fully functional, and free from any defects.

  • There should be no scratches, marks, or damage of any kind.

  • The bracelet must remain unaltered—no resizing, adjustments, or modifications.

  • All tags must be attached and in their original place.

  • The watch must be returned with the original box, documents, and proof of purchase.

Returning Your Watch

If your watch isn’t quite what you expected, no worries. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the watch is returned in brand-new condition. However, return shipping, handling, and packaging costs will be your responsibility. Additionally, if your order included free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

Exchanging for Another Watch

If you’d prefer a different watch, we’re happy to exchange it. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways. If the new watch is priced higher, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged watches, as every timepiece undergoes careful inspection before being shipped.

  • We are not liable for any shipping issues that occur during the return or exchange process.
