While the details of the warranty may vary depending on the brand and type of watch you buy, we want you to know that we’ve got you covered. Below is a detailed overview of what our warranty includes.
Watches with Manufacturer Warranty
If your watch comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and the local service centre is unable to assist with repairs, there’s no need to worry. Simply send it to us, and we will handle the repairs, ensuring your watch is restored to perfect working condition as quickly as possible.
Warranty Process
In the event that your watch is not functioning correctly, just send us an email with all the relevant details, and our team will assess the situation. We’ll then guide you through the next steps. Depending on the issue, we may direct you to an authorized service center or request that you send the watch to us for repair. Regardless of the issue, we will ensure that your watch is properly serviced and returned to you in excellent condition.
Specific Brands
For high-end brands like Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we offer our own warranty. Furthermore, these watches are pre-registered with the brand, giving you added reassurance that you are fully covered.
Our Brand
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That’s why our in-house brand, Ratio Watches, comes with a 60-day return policy. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original condition within 60 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

Important Notes
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or exceeding the manufacturer’s guidelines (such as water resistance limits). Additionally, if your watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than our team, the warranty will no longer be valid. Our service center can easily identify if a watch has been serviced elsewhere, and any necessary repairs will be charged accordingly.
