It was supposed to see the daylight in 1944. Instead, the Bulova A-15 Elapsed Time Watch showed up after 76 years, in 2020. The crown at two o'clock operates the internal bezel to measure elapsed minutes, while the four o'clock crown records either a second time zone or the elapsed hours.
